Account Manager — East/Central Region

Position Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing ticket partnerships amongst professional and collegiate sports teams. The Account Manager will cultivate relationships with key account personnel to maintain and optimize account performance, deliver key insights and analytics, identify growth opportunities, and provide valuable insight to our Business Development team for decision making. The Account Manager is a remote position but must reside in East/Central US, and will work under the guidance of the Manager, Account Management.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Effectively manage a portfolio of existing ticket partnerships with professional and collegiate sports teams as well as venues and events
  • Cultivate relationships with clients through phone calls, video conferencing, SMS, email, and social media
  • Manage ticket inventory and provide pricing strategies and recommendations
  • Successfully execute various account management campaigns
  • Assist operations and customer service efforts

  • Strong work ethic paired with outstanding time management, organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to listen, identify, and resolve issues
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in business, sports management, or related field
  • Previous sales and/or account management experience within the sports industry preferred
  • Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce
  • Attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
